Comprehensive evaluation
from a variety of perspectives: medical, behavior in the home and
school and family-based. |

A referral to a level of service based on the
client's needs. Should individual, family or group therapy be
needed, an appointment can be made that day.
Should medication be indicated an a appointment can be made with a
psychiatrist. |

Should intensive intervention be
indicated, immediate admission is available to our the Short-term
Assessment and Treatment Programs (STAT). |

The STAT Program begins with a
short-term intensive assessment and stabilization component. |
 |
We actively collaborate
with all community services involved including medical/mental health
providers, and schools. |
 |
Family assessment and
therapy is available. |
 |
The program combines
cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and educational approaches
targeted to the developmental level of the client served. |
 |
A special emphasis is
placed on skills training based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a
evidenced-based cognitive behavioral model. |
 |
Service extensions can be
made to the Core Treatment Component tailored to the client’s needs
up to twelve weeks or more. |
 |
The Aftercare Component
includes psychiatry, individual therapy, family therapy, group
therapy tailored to the client’s needs. |
 |
Follow-up contacts with
referrals as needed ensure a positive outcome. |
ASTAT for Adolescents 13 to
18 years - Meets after
school four days a week for three weeks, or more as needed. Family
therapy begins immediately after admission. A child psychiatrist consults within the first week.
Parents are also invited to attend a weekly
Parents group to learn the skills their child is learning. Schools are
consulted immediately on admission and are actively involved in the
treatment and aftercare planning.

STAT for Adults age 18
to 60 - meets mornings four days a week for ten days. Family
and/or marital therapy is also available as needed. Should service
need to continue beyond ten days,

specialized programs based on client's needs.
