Daytime, evening and Saturday appointments are available. Professional standards of confidentiality are maintained.

Fees

You will be fully advised on your first visit about therapy fees and possible payment plans. At your request, we will contact your insurance plan in advance of your initial visit and advise you regarding coverage before services begin.

Most services provided through Horizon’s Community Support Program are Dakota County contracted services and come at no charge to the eligible client. Some services are Medical Assistance or insurance based.
