DBT Skills Training is designed to teach new skills. It cannot provide the kind of support and insight required to integrate these skills into your everyday life.
Therefore, it is required that you are also seeing an individual therapist regularly.
You will benefit most if your therapist has DBT experience and training.
Adolescent
DBT meets once a week on Monday in the evening from 6:30 to 8 pm.
Group size is limited to ten.
Health
insurance plans usually pay for group therapy. Clients without
insurance coverage may be eligible for a sliding fee.
